Here, you will enjoy transformed traditional dishes catered to the modern diner. Qanoon is Arabic for “grill”, which is at the heart of Palestinian communal cooking that speaks to Qanoon’s vision of building a community around the love of eating and sharing food.

Qanoon celebrates the idea of welcoming our guests and customers into our home. The overall ambiance is warm, modern with a mix of eclectic design elements. At Qanoon, the focus is on seasonality of farm fresh ingredients, bringing a piece of nature into the space. The centerpiece of the restaurant is a portrait of Rasmiya, Tarek’s mother, who set the standard for what Qanoon can be.
